Over TenneT

TenneT staat centraal in de energieovergang van Europa, met als doel om tegen 2050 het eerste klimaatneutrale continent te worden. Nederland en Duitsland hebben ambitieuze plannen om offshore windenergie uit te breiden, met een vereiste capaciteit van respectievelijk 30 en 22,2 Gigawatt in 2030. TenneT zorgt ervoor dat deze duurzame energie het vasteland bereikt via de ontwikkeling van het unieke 2GW-programma, dat zich richt op het efficiënt en milieuvriendelijk transporteren van energie vanuit windparken in de Noordzee. Dit programma omvat de realisatie van meerdere HVDC-verbindingen die cruciaal zijn voor de energietransitie.

Functieomschrijving

Als Business Analyst (Thinkproject) speel je een belangrijke rol in de uitrol en optimalisatie van Thinkproject binnen TenneT's 2GW-portefeuille. Je werkt samen met documentbeheerders en controllers om vereisten te definiëren, wijzigingsverzoeken te beheren en testactiviteiten te ondersteunen. Dit is een uitvoeringsgerichte rol waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het effectief en gebruiksvriendelijk maken van de tooling voor projectteams die werken aan actuele 2GW-projecten.

Vereiste Profiel

• Een bachelor diploma met 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
• Ervaring met documentbeheer in infrastructuur- of kapitaalsprojectomgevingen is een pluspunt.
• Begrip van Thinkproject of vergelijkbare CDE-platforms.
• Professionele beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Een gestructureerde, zelfstandige werker met sterke stakeholdervaardigheden en een focus op resultaten.

Eisen

• You have a bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position with experience with complex, infrastructural projects within organitions comparable with TenneT (client side) or for example within a contractor
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
• At entry, TenneT performs a Pre-Employment Screening
• Duty station for this position is Arnhem Rijnpoort
• TenneT prefers a candidate who is available 40 hours per week
• Temporary position with probably no possibility of an extension
• For this position the candidate will have two interviews
• Temporary position due to maternity leave
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and Tennet’s Collective Labour Agreement
• We would like to receive the personal motivation of the candidate and CV in Dutch or English
• Pre-employment screening: If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be executed
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment
• Important, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment

• TenneT is looking for a candidate with experience in complex IT projects with a business component (complex infrastructural projects), for example, on the client side or within a contractor.
